Cost

The 2013 convention fees paid directly to CALLERLAB will cover the convention package: convention badges, convention program, handouts, and four meals, beginning with the noon meal on Monday (two lunches and two dinners) and four beverage breaks.

Conventin facility rooms are usually provided by the hotel in exchange for a given number of hotel room nights and meal functions.

2013 convention fees for callers (pay in full before March 15, 2013 to avoid a  late fee [$30.00].)

Convention Fee Payment

2013 convention attendees may pre-register for the convention.  2013 Registration Form.

Full payment or a deposit of $100.00 per person, payable to CALLERLAB (U.S. funds, please) is due with the return of the convention registration card. You may pay by PayPal, check, money order, or charge to your Visa, Discover, or MasterCard. Please do not send cash.

If you choose to send a deposit instead of the full payment, the balance due must be paid by March 15, 2013 to avoid the late payment fee of $30.00 per person. A reminder will be mailed in February.

Sorry, we cannot accept partial registrations. You must register for the entire convention. If you believe an exception is warranted in your case, please contact the Home Office. All registrants will receive acknowledgment of receipt of payment, a hotel reservation card, and a local information brochure containing a map of the area (to help you find the hotel), and information about airport transportation.

Refunds/Cancellations

A refund of the full amount paid will be made for cancellations received prior to March 10, 2013. Cancellations after March 10, 2013 will incur a $30.00 per person cancellation charge. Cancellations on or after March 19, 2013 and any "no shows" will forfeit a $100.00 deposit per person. Once meal counts are given, CALLERLAB must pay for the meals even though they are not eaten. If you are registered and find that you will be unable to attend, please notify the CALLERLAB Home Office as soon as possible, for your refund to be processed. The CALLERLAB Office will close on March 22, 2013, and will be closed until April 1, 2013 while the staff attends the Convention.
