The CALLERLAB Convention includes three days packed with seminars, interest sessions, committee activities, panels, entertainment, networking opportunities, and much more.
Interest sessions of 75-minute slots run through Monday and Tuesday. Many of these sessions include panel discussions where sharing experience and expertise is encouraged. These sessions, attended not only by callers but also partners and dance leaders representing organizations from around the world, are immensely valuable in providing a broad perspective and keen insight into issues that our activity is facing.
If you would like to see what is currently going on in a particular committee, the convention is a great chance to attend the committee meetings and be part of the discussion!
Besides all of the educational opportunities, there is also time for fun during the Convention! The Ways and Means Committee will be hosting a Mainstream fund raising dance at 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening. Monday and Tuesday evenings feature banquets with special recognitions and accolades. Following the banquets, dancing events and other forms of entertainment are scheduled.
The breaks between sessions, meals, and evening baquets are all great opportunities to reconnect with old friends and make new friends. Each year our attendees bring a wealth of knowledge, experiences and ideas. Come join the conversation!
