50th CALLERLAB Convention News
Working Together: Don’t Stop Believin’
We’re already making our plans for the 50th CALLERLAB Convention to be held April 13-16, 2025, in Greenville, SC! Don’t miss out on this milestone event as we gather to reminisce, network, dance, learn, and plan for the future of the square dance activity.
- The early bird registration deadline has been extended to September 1, so you have plenty of time to make your plans to join us. A minimum deposit of $100 per person is due with the return of the convention registration form to save your spot and your price.
- Early Bird Caller Registration Fee: $290
- Early Bird NonCaller Registration Fee: $260
- The Convention will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center in Greenville, SC. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Greenville offers a charming blend of Southern hospitality, scenic beauty, and cultural attractions. The Embassy Suites hotel includes a complimentary airport shuttle, complimentary parking, complimentary made-to-order breakfast, complimentary evening reception, fitness center, indoor pool, golf course, tennis courts, onsite restaurant and more! We know you’ll love the spacious two-room suites too.
- Are you a Member attending your first convention?
- Beginning with the 2025 CALLERLAB Convention, CALLERLAB will offer Members attending their first Convention a 25% discount. Contact the Home Office to register at the discounted rate. If you have already registered, the Home Office will automatically apply the discount to your account.
- Overseas & Youth Members attending their first convention can apply for a fee waiver to cover the cost of the Convention fee. Learn more on our website: https://callerlab.org/convention/convention-fee-waivers/.
- New this year, there will be a Pre-Convention Caller Clinic held on Saturday and Sunday followed by a dance on Sunday afternoon. The clinic will consist of three sessions on Saturday and one session on Sunday morning. The goal of the clinic will be to get the attendees ready to call a guest tip at the dance on Sunday. The dance will consist of 10 tips so the maximum attendance will be 20 callers. We already have 9 callers registered to attend and the spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis. The cost is $50.
