Chairman’s Award

The Chairman’s Award is given at the discretion of the chairman. Sometimes it is given for a special project or to someone who has given of their time and talent for a period of time during the past year.
This year the Chairman’s Award was presented to Jim Mazcko and Patty Wilcox, Chairman of the ARTS.
